The smallest model has a 6 pan capacity, and the other two have a 20 pan capacity (one has a curved top, and the other has a square top). These are all heavy duty, knock down pan racks, which will require you to assemble them. They are made of stainless steel with welded angle slides. They come with 5" heavy duty casters.
