The D700 sensor has good dynamic range, excellent low light performance, and pleasant noise handling it takes a good looking picture. And in terms of sheer resolution, while you don't have a ton of leeway to crop madly into your image, it's easy to get a full resolution 8x10 out of this camera. Anyway, the D700: worth a look, unless you want to do
