It features bust darts and a standing collar where you can attach the bow tie with buttons to the back. The sleeves end with pleats to create a puff and close with button cuffs. When designing this blouse, Anki, the designer and founder of The Assembly Line, wanted to create a classic shape with a victorian vibe. She also has a love pussycat bows, but sometimes they are just too much for every
