The extra indications that the braid gives really opened my eyes which was number one reason to change, and it doesn't seem to be much affected by twists (albeit which are, of course, still present) although I must add that the Wallis cast is now what I'd use most of the time so this is something I'll test more when freelining/trundling as I'd possibly use the off-the-side cast more then, or maybe not
